Job Overview
 We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced BAS Controls Supervisor to oversee the building automation systems (BAS) within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of BAS controls, and optimizing energy management systems.
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 - Oversee the installation, programming, and commissioning of building automation systems and related controls.
 - Monitor and analyze system performance, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and energy savings.
 - Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BAS controls.
 - Develop and maintain documentation, including system diagrams, programming standards, and operational procedures.
 - Conduct regular inspections and audits of BAS systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
 - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources related to BAS installations and upgrades.
 - Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in building automation and energy management.
 
 Qualifications:
 - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, in lieu of a degree 5years or more equivalent experience
 - Proven experience in building automation systems, controls engineering, or a related area.
 - Strong understanding of HVAC systems, energy management, and control strategies.
 - Excellent leadership and team management skills.
 - Proficiency in programming languages and software used in BAS (e.g., BACnet, Modbus).
 - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 - Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Control Systems Technician (CST)) are a plus.
