Position Summary: The Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of our operations, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals set by upper management. This position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and effective management of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of operational schedules to meet organizational demands.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage the safe and efficient operation of warehouse facilities, focusing on cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy and minimizing loss.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations.
  • Step in for the Operations Manager and Supervisors as necessary.
  • Handle procurement and expense management for departmental supplies.
  • Support the Operations Manager in creating and implementing operational procedures.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for supervisory staff.
  • Manage annual equipment inventory and ensure proper accounting of rental gear.
  • Oversee billing processes and asset control.
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new personnel, collaborating with Human Resources.
  • Designate supervisory roles as needed during operations.
  • Assist in quality control across audio, video, and lighting disciplines.

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $60,146.75 to $89,133.13 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
