  • Maintain customer retention by strengthening relationships through account management and maintenance.

  • Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle.

  • Respond to requests, resolve complaints, and ensure quality service.

  • Verify order entry in the system to ensure that all information including dates, inventory availability, delivery addresses, and instructions are accurate, and alert the OPS Manager of any discrepancies.

  • Maintain an awareness of inventory availability and offer clients alternatives when stock is low.

  • Send all orders to be packed by the warehouse 2 weeks before every ship date.

  • Oversee logistical management of each order pertaining to their accounts.

  • Notify OPS Manager and internal teams immediately of any holds or delays placed on orders.

  • Provide accurate paperwork including packing slips and pallet labels to shippers and receivers.

  • Keep a safe, clean, and welcoming workspace.

  • Work safe always. Follow required safety training and prevention guidelines and incident reporting.

  • All other duties as assigned.
