Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Secretary Administrator to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents

• Plan and schedule appointments and events (Facilities management)

• Greet and assist onsite guests

• Answer inbound telephone calls

• Scheduling and performing showings and open houses

• Providing guidance for tenants to find solutions for their needs

• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant or in other related fields

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills

• English/Spanish speaking

• Basic knowledge of real state

• Ability to communicate with others

• Capable of working under pressure
