Construction Office Sales – Project Coordinator Assistant

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Sales Coordinator to join our general contracting company. This role is designed for a top-performing salesperson with marketing experience, who can also handle project coordinating tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in client acquisition, sales strategy, and relationship management while being adept at preparing bids and supporting project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.
  • Identify and target potential clients in need of general contracting services.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market analysis.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Bid Preparation and Proposal Development:

  • Collaborate with the project team to prepare accurate and competitive bids.
  • Review project specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and cost estimates.
  • Ensure all proposals are completed on time and meet client requirements.

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company’s services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and marketing agencies as needed.

Project Coordination and Support:

  • Work closely with the project coordination team to ensure smooth handoff from sales to project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients as required.
  • Assist in coordinating project schedules, resources, and activities.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and bid status.
  • Lead sales and marketing campaigns and provide detailed performance analysis.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Marketing experience and proficiency with digital marketing tools.
