**Hiring Location** LOS ANGELES COUNTY

**Work Schedule** This position regularly demands 40 hours per week including variable hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays). May require occasional overtime hours with approval.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Drive sales, increase efficiency, and provide problem-solving skills to maintain store operations and increase profitability through staffing, operations, etc.

* Regularly review the store environment and key business indicators like financial reports to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvements. Then creates action plans to achieve it

* Nurture and coach team members for personal and professional growth as individuals and in a team environment (setting and monitoring team members' personal goals, holding team members accountable, maintain a "customer comes first" attitude)

* Provide team members with training and guidance to maintain the standards of 7 Leaves Cafe operations (safety, security, customer satisfaction, product quality, etc)

* Inspire and encourage a team of dedicated and goal-driven individuals to create a positive impact in their community

* Cooperates with District Managers to make the most effective decisions and achieve results

* Perform other duties as assigned

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**

* **Must be able to work at any location in assigned district or county**

* **Have at least 1 year of store management experience in a similar or related establishment**

* Have at least 2 years of customer service experience

* Have an excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills

* Have strong leadership skills and able to use it to coach and develop team members

* Have a strong team well-being and sales focused mindset

* Eager to learn and build on constructive feedback

* Able to manage store operations independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

* Able to manage multiple situations simultaneously and ensure that established service levels are achieved at all times

**Physical Requirements**

* Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and walking

* Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs
