Job Summary:

The Director of Business Development will be responsible for helping develop, lead, and successfully execute on our national sales strategy within the Wireless Service Providers vertical. This role will be responsible for establishing and growing new key strategic relationships while also maintaining/expanding ongoing relations with existing contacts, identify and meet with key client leadership and decision makers, and develop a strong matrix management approach that establishes and fosters strong collaborative relationships between clients and Network Connex operating teams. This role will work with management to position, secure, and sell opportunities from new and existing clients, thoroughly understand client business needs, and maintain pulse of industry business cycles prioritizing sales efforts toward high potential projects. Preferred position location is on the west coast: SoCal, San Francisco or Seattle.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive overall enterprise sales growth across new and assigned key accounts to maximize the strategic sales effort across all Network Connex business lines for the Wireless MNO Services solutions.

· Execute business development efforts for new and existing key accounts and provide leadership through effective goal setting and communication.

· Develop integrated business development planning/sales models to ensure integrated approach to key accounts with disciplined cadence with customer engagement.

· Maintain and provide accurate and timely key sales forecasting and KPIs.

Education and Experience:

· 10+ years of experience in Wireless Design, Engineering, Site Acquisition, Professional Services, Small Cell, Macro CRAN Construction, Construction Management., or related telecommunications space

· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

· CNET technical certifications

· Technical accreditations

Competencies and Skills:

· Deep knowledge of Design, Engineering, Site Acquisition, Permitting, Construction & Construction Management., fiber services, Small Cell, Macro, fiber services

· Self-starter, engaging and great with customers and possesses strong technical aptitude

· Team player/collaborative mindset with strong strategic, financial and business acumen

· Solid understand of how to build a strong local market engagement plan while also building deep relationships with corporate leadership teams

· Existing relationships with national and large regional Wireless Service Providers and Tower companies or similar type companies preferred

· Can travel 25-50% of time

· Confident in partnering with Construction, Procurement, Architecture, Network Engineering and Operations teams.
