For over 45 years, Berry Coffee Company has proudly provided the Minnesota business community with premium coffee distribution and equipment maintenance services. We specialize in providing high-quality coffee, locally roasted private label products, break room supplies, food and beverage items, and comprehensive equipment installation and maintenance services.

 

Job Overview

Our Customer Service Team is crucial to our success, acting as the primary point of contact for our clients and ensuring their needs are met immediately with efficiency and professionalism. We seek applicants who exhibit a positive demeanor and a solution-oriented approach to customer service in order to provide our customers with the best experience possible.

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Efficiently and promptly handle customer orders, inquiries, and requests both via phone and email.

·         Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks, including occasional payment processing and collections.

·         Work collaboratively within the Customer Service Team to consistently deliver immediate, efficient, and comprehensive support to our customers.

·         Additional duties as assigned.

 

Preferred Qualifications

·         Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. We will provide extensive and comprehensive training on our internal software. However, having basic computer skills and skills in Microsoft Excel will go a long way towards making the training go quicker.

·         Be ready to problem solve. Customers can often call or email with complex inquiries or requests. We are looking for applicants who have the skills and the drive to solve problems both quickly and thoroughly for our customers.

·         Be able to communicate clearly and professionally. It is important to be clear, friendly, and professional in all communications with our customers.
