**OVERVIEW**

As an **Onsite Shopping Advisor**, you are the first point of contact for our shoppers looking for a personalized shopping experience. You create an authentic experience by connecting with customers to help them purchase their desired products, to suggest additional products, and to offer promotions available. You are a representative of our customers and have great opportunity for professional growth within the organization. Be part of our team This role is offsite and monthly performance bonuses.

**SCHEDULES:**

**Training:** 1 week of full-time training, starting **Monday, February 14, 2022**

**Schedule after training (Choose 1):**

**Option 1:** 11pm-7am, Sunday through Thursday

**Option 2:** 11am-8pm, Sunday through Thursday OR Tuesday through Saturday

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Assist shoppers with placing orders through inbound phone calls

* Advise shoppers on products and promotions that fit their needs

* Provide excellent service over the phone while working on multiple computer screens

* Maintain and effectively articulate knowledge and skill base for policies, procedures, and computerized information systems

* Regular attendance at schedule shifts, team meetings and ongoing training as required

* Demonstrate professionalism and flexibility to meet the changing needs of a 24/7 retail environment

**QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**

* Minimum six months sales, customer service or related experience

* Keyboard and basic computer skills-including using Windows based programs, navigating the Internet, and willing to learn new technologies

* High School diploma or GED

* Professional, flexible and positive team player

* Excellent interpersonal skills and strong telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate, use decision-making skills and other resources, and resolve conflict in a professional manner

* Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
