At Bueno Bueno Business, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service on the consulting business area. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accountant Assistant with specialized knowledge in QuickBooks to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and perform regular account reconciliations.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Provide financial analysis and support to management.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
  • Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
  • Perform all other office tasks

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
  • Experience in data entry
  • Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Spanish speaking is a must
