Job Description:
This is a Project Lead Position. This is for a lead for the Billings, Montana project.
Dependable, able to follow directions, work alone or with others as needed

Responsibilities:

Under direct supervision, oversees a small project or phases of a large project. Responsible for coordinating activities of a project team, identifying appropriate resources needed to ensure timely completion of projects. Communicates with more senior project managers regarding status of projects and assignments.

In this Function You Will:
  • On Your feet and lifting up to 55 pounds
  • Evaluation and development of project plans
  • Coordination with multiple internal and external groups
  • Load and unload trailers
  • Move, weigh, sort, and disassemble items
  • Safely operate tools and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Ensure security of customer information
  • Moving files/boxes out of building
  • Ensures projects are completed according to plan
  • Communicates project progress to appropriate management
  • Remains aware of any potential problems and works to mitigate any risks

Competencies:
  • Solid communication skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Lift up to 60 pounds regularly
  • English reading, writing, and communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of industry tools and equipment
