Responsibilities:
Under direct supervision, oversees a small project or phases of a large project. Responsible for coordinating activities of a project team, identifying appropriate resources needed to ensure timely completion of projects. Communicates with more senior project managers regarding status of projects and assignments.
In this Function You Will:
- On Your feet and lifting up to 55 pounds
- Evaluation and development of project plans
- Coordination with multiple internal and external groups
- Load and unload trailers
- Move, weigh, sort, and disassemble items
- Safely operate tools and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Ensure security of customer information
- Moving files/boxes out of building
- Ensures projects are completed according to plan
- Communicates project progress to appropriate management
- Remains aware of any potential problems and works to mitigate any risks
Competencies:
- Solid communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Lift up to 60 pounds regularly
- English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of industry tools and equipment
- Attention to detail (both oral and written)
- Ability to work well with the team
- Must exhibit a positive approach and the ability to work efficiently as either an individual contributor or team lead
- Remain stationary as well as perform repetitive motions for extended periods
