Quality Inspector

Your Impact in This Role

  • Conduct thorough audits of the production process
  • Review and improve incoming raw materials through sampling techniques
  • Verify production line numbers for accuracy and consistency
  • Assist in developing and implementing production line control plans
  • Participate in DMP meetings to share quality insights with managers
  • Troubleshoot quality issues quickly to maintain production efficiency
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve and document quality concerns

What You Bring to The Table

  • 1-3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment (recent graduates with the right attitude will be considered)
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly for conducting audits
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively across multiple departments
  • Ability to troubleshoot quickly and keep production lines moving
  • Proficiency in quality control software and data entry
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Six Sigma or other quality certification a plus
