The First Residences at the First National Center is seeking an experienced Concierge with previous Concierge and Customer Service experience.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, evening shift
  • Rotating weekend schedule (typically 2 to 3 weekends a month) 4pm-Midnight.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule Concierge Team
  • Facilitate and streamline customer service from Concierge Team to The First Residences Residents
  • Package management, Vendor sign-in, elevator, and amenity scheduling
  • Disseminating all pertinent information and ensure a smooth transition between shifts
  • Train new Concierge team members
  • Assist in developing and implementing further customer service measures to alleviate Resident concerns
  • Attend and assist with Resident events
