Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and friendly Concierge Front Desk professional to join our team at 10 Huron Condominium Association. As the first point of contact for our residents and guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience, and handling all incoming requests with efficiency and professionalism.Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome residents and visitors, confirming access to the property and providing assistance as needed
  • Act as the primary point of reference for residents, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner
  • Develop a deep understanding of resident needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions and recommendations
  • Stay informed about the premises, local venues, and businesses to offer expert advice and make informed suggestions
  • Coordinate repair orders, moves, and amenity bookings, ensuring seamless execution and resident satisfaction
  • Manage phone calls, messages, and mail, redirecting calls and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Address resident complaints, working to resolve issues promptly and fairly
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role, with a strong background in hospitality or concierge services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues
  • Polite, confident, and patient demeanor, with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach to resolving issues
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in hotel management or a related field a plus
