Concierge/Front Desk Associate Opportunity

Adamas Building Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge/Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a leading expert in the Residential Services market, we provide exceptional service to our residents and guests.

Available Schedules:

Friday - Monday, 3pm-11pm, and Friday & Saturday, 11pm-7am

Pay Rate:

$15/hour

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to build positive relationships, and have a high level of interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit
  • Directing guests and visitors to the appropriate destination
  • Checking-in and announcing incoming guests
  • Receiving packages and deliveries
  • Resolving complaints from residents/guests
  • Performing basic clerical duties, including answering telephones, faxing, copying, etc.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Build positive relationships with residents and guests
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-task without compromising on quality
  • Lift boxes up to 25 pounds
  • Work and stand on their feet for several hours
  • Be proficient in handling office equipment, including complex multiple-lined telephones, printers, and copy machines
  • Be dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
  • Pass comprehensive background checks

Benefits:

Weekly pay, uniforms provided, and eligibility for benefits after 90 days with a 401k match after one year of employment. EOE ADA.
