We are a family-owned and operated Virginia based manufacturer and distributor of innovative Hemp Derived CBD & Delta THC products. We are a multi-brand company with deliveries all over Virginia and North Carolina. We offer the highest quality, lab-tested, Hemp Derived CBD & Delta THC lifestyle products with over 300 SKUs available ready for retail. We also provide complete white-label and private-label services, in-house cartridges and vape disposable packaging, we have many options to satisfy all clientele and help you make the sale

What the position entails:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record and hunger for success in the CBD and/or cannabis industry. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with retail partners throughout the state of VA and NC. The job is commission based, so your earning potential is unlimited Commission rates are competitive and negotiated at the time of interview.

If you are a highly self-motivated and experienced Hemp Derived CBD & Delta THC sales representative (Or Cannabis) and have a burning desire to achieve a new high by representing the most sought-after new brand in the Delta THC market, then we want to meet you

Some of the activities you will be responsible for:

  • Finding and opening new B2B accounts (ie CBD Stores, Smoke Shops, other sales channels).
  • Maintaining relationships with assigned B2B customers on a consistent basis.

Experience Required:

  • 3+ years’ relevant sales experience in opening and working with B2B accounts.
  • Deep knowledge of CBD and/or cannabis industry.
  • Prior success in impacting the top and bottom line through creating successful sales strategies.
  • A proven track record of opportunity identification, problem-solving and taking initiative.
  • Proven ability to be successful in a less traditional or less hierarchical environment.
  • Regardless of career path, the successful candidate must have a track record of driving change.
  • Must have passion for hemp and or cannabis industries.

Job Responsibilities:

Our company’s standards are predicated on the following and what we have found to be successful in this role:

  • Act as a professional independent Sales Representative.
  • Support, Manage and grow existing accounts within your EXCLUSIVE territory
  • Organically growing and servicing assigned existing accounts, from order entry through to delivery, always with the intention to increase sales.
  • Identify, cultivate, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Prospecting, visiting, and closing new accounts.
  • Track your daily activities, cold calls, emails, and in-store visits.
  • Develop marketing strategies and run promotions to grow sales with existing accounts.
  • Ability to understand client's needs and adapt accordingly.
  • Ability and passion to educate vendors on product line while not making any false claims.
  • Constantly strategizing how to upsell products and find new needs in existing accounts.
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs and identify opportunities that benefit our company.
  • Attend company-sponsored events, vendor days, tradeshows, or support local account initiatives, to expand your network in the industry.
  • Meeting/exceeding sales goals.
  • Must be extremely self-motivated and set own schedule with intention and discipline.
  • Excellent social skills with the ability to be professional, as well as comfortable in CBD/Hemp Derived Delta culture without confusing it with cannabis culture.

Work Location: On the road

Compensation: Option 1: Salary + Commission Option 2: Commission only - they call will be discussed on the day of interview.
