Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team at TruVista Communications Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our suite of products and services to existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market and Sell Products: Identify and pursue sales opportunities to promote and sell TruVista's products and services, including high-speed internet, IPTV, telephone service, wireless service, and home security and automation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Sales and Account Management: Execute customer sales and perform account management activities, including new service orders, service additions and upgrades, bill payments, billing adjustments, delinquent accounts, and service changes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our sales team to achieve sales objectives and quotas, and contribute to a positive team spirit.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, with industry experience and sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and order processing software.
