Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze patient accounts for accuracy
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim denials
- Ensure compliance with billing regulations and guidelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
