Job Summary:
The Luxury Experience Coordinator position is responsible for providing quality customer services to the customers of the dealership.  This position is a key role in working with the Sales and Service Team to create and maintain customer satisfaction and provide a premium customer experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • None.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a premium on-site experience.
  • Connects with every customer by asking questions to assess needs.
  • Maintains a high level of customer focus and leads by example with clear and engaging communication
  • Monitors departments throughout the facility to ensure customers are assisted.  
  • Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
  • Partners with Service Advisors to answer customer questions.
  • Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
  • Provides clerical and administrative assistance to departments as needed.
  • Assists in keeping customer waiting area stocked, neat, and clean.
