Director of E-Commerce and Marketing (Transformational Expert)

You are an expert in transformational management specializing in Ecommerce operations and digital marketing. You have successfully migrated an analog sales and distribution company to digital B2B, B2C and 3rd Party.

You develop strategy, architect the solution, project-manage, and own the accountability for the results.

You are prepared to build the program, build the team and plan to run the division/s.

We are a mature Commerce, CA based company with US and International distribution, solid assets, and significant competitive advantages poised for immediate and long-term growth.

We are successfully breaking free of the “we’ve always done it this way” limitations as we methodically grow our operation and increase both sales and profit from all channels.

Principal roles and responsibilities:

· Collaborate to develop organizational strategy to meet Founder’s strategic vision

· Assess current operational, financial, and market position as foundation

· Architect plan for digital migration (targets, measures, and costs)

· Build team to execute and operate

· Oversee all process, policy, training, and system documentation

· Project manage all change initiatives

· Prepare company for post engagement success

Specifics:

B2B migration: You will research new B2B platform, project manage build/migration, relaunch and drive traffic to site. You will then manage entire ecosystem of website.

B2C: You will manage site from A to Z, including but not limited to marketing, AD spend, content, and overall sales growth.

3P: You will have a complete mastery of all relevant 3p platforms; Amazon, Wayfair, Faire.com etc. You will know how to create A + content, managing overseas listing teams, Profitable Ad spend, repricing techniques with overall deep experience in managing multi-thousand SKUs. You will have deep experience in FBA/FBM practices.

You will be a master project manager skilled in reporting with a "numbers driven" mindset.

Definition of a Guru (Expert) is 10,000 hours of experience.
