Responsibilities and Duties

  • Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.

  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and logistical needs promptly and professionally.

  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.

  • Perform light maintenance tasks and coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to prepare properties for incoming guests.

  • Provide concierge-like services to enhance guest experiences, including local recommendations and assistance with bookings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in a handyman, concierge, or similar role (e.g., LimeBike repair).

  • Previous manual labor experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Tech-savvy with a smartphone and the ability to use various apps and platforms.

  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
