Our client in the East Hanover, NJ area is looking for a Business Development Manager  for a direct hire position.

Responsible for stimulating and developing growth and drive diversification of customer base within the medical, automotive, and aerospace industries supplying precision metal stamping, molding, and tooling capabilities.

Requirements

  • Direct business development experience selling machinary.
  • Must have a current customer base within the medical, automotive, and aerospace industries supplying precision metal stamping, molding, and tooling capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering is required for this job.
  • At least 5 years of business development experience is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
