- Develop and implement individual care plans.
- Establish 6 month goals and milestones with residents.
- Prepare progress reports and letters for case managers.
- Educate and train staff and on managing behavioral health using approved techniques.
- Ensure all staff are certified in Handle with care.
Qualifications:
- Previous teaching experience.
- Previous experience in working with members with behavioral health needs.
- Experience in conflict resolution.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Ability to build rapport with residents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
