Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality social services to patients and their families, working in an acute care setting that includes partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic treatment services to individuals, groups, families, and significant others.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring goals are SMART and patient-specific.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide crisis intervention services and assess patient safety daily.
  • Participate in psychoeducational support sessions and case management.
  • Advocate for patients and families, ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Experience in healthcare and psychiatric settings, preferred.
  • Training in therapeutic interventions and techniques for all age groups.
  • Knowledge of human growth and behavior dynamics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
