Job Title: Behavioral Health Therapist

Join Rogers Behavioral Health as a Behavioral Health Therapist and contribute to the well-being of our patients and their families. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct social services to patients and their families, working in an acute care setting that includes partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide therapeutic treatment services to individuals, groups, families, and significant others.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Collaborate with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure or certification in a relevant field (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW).
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a psychiatric or behavioral health environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
