Job Summary

Rogers Behavioral Health is a leading provider of psychiatric services, offering a comprehensive range of treatment options for adults and children. We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatrist to join our team as a Medical Director, responsible for leading our clinical services and ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our clinical services team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Collaborate with our nursing staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our services.
  • Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and medication management sessions, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with payors, referring parties, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in community education and outreach initiatives, promoting Rogers Behavioral Health's services and expertise.
Requirements
  • Board-eligible or board-certified psychiatrist with a specialization in psychiatry.
  • Current licensure in one or more of the following states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MN, PA, TN, WA, and WI.
  • Minimum two years of experience working in a psychiatric hospital or clinic, with a strong background in leadership and/or supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to use initiative and judgment to organize, plan activities, and make decisions affecting patient care.
