Job DescriptionJob Description

Engineering firm in need of an experienced Office Manager/Project Support candidate.

Duties to include:

  • Ensures prompt recording of project correspondence and key presentations on Project SharePoint sites and tracking logs for correspondence to/from clients and to/from subcontractors;
  • Ensures prompt releases of submittals to the client following release from the project team;
  • Supports to the Project Engineer in engineering documentation
  • Supports the Project Manager for any other specific task as appropriate.
  • Fleet Manager - manages all tasks associated with project vehicles
  • Oversees general office operations
  • Oversees staff interactions and responds to their queries on office management issues
  • Completes other Office Manager duties as they arise

Requirements:

  • 2 - 3 years expertise in a Project Office of large infrastructure projects in an admin/documentation/project support role
  • Ability to support many projects and Project Managers simultaneously
  • Experience with Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Word
  • Bachelor’s Degree and PM Certification preferred; equivalent project support experience for large projects will be considered.
