Duties

  • Control of material usage
  • Monitors material deliveries and usage
  • Maintains a clean and safe job site
  • Attends project & safety meetings
  • Able to create RFIs
  • Basic computer skills

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years experience as a construction superintendent
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ experience of prior of framing construction experience
  • OSHA 10 Hour Certification
  • Heaving Machinery Operator Certification a plus
  • Familiar with ProCore

Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
