  • Manage daily on-site activities, ensuring projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
  • Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA and company regulations.
  • Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and construction drawings.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and resolve issues.
  • Ensure project milestones are met and assist in the scheduling and coordination of materials and equipment deliveries.
  • Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection records.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
  • Address any unforeseen challenges or issues that arise during construction and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Ensure a clean and organized job site.
  • Lead regular project meetings to track progress and discuss issues.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a strong focus on new construction and ground-up projects.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale commercial and/or residential construction projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and equipment.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • OSHA certification is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
