Administrative Assistant / Customer Service - Printing Industry
Job Description:
Interprint Web Printing is currently recruiting career-minded individuals to serve as Administrative Assistant / Customer Service within our in-house sales department. The ideal candidate has a background in customer service or inside sales. The candidate will collaborate with inside sales representatives to perform a variety of clerical responsibilities, work on existing customer accounts, and develop house account leads from inbound inquiries pertaining to our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with inside sales representatives to perform a variety of clerical responsibilities.
* Respond to client emails, phone calls and company visits (environment is in-house, no travel involved)
* Follow up with customers on recent estimates and manufacturing orders.
* Work closely with the production team to ensure timely shipment of products.
* Coordinate project details with customers.
* Product invoicing.
* Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers and new house leads.
Skills Needed Include:
* Experience in the printing industry is preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
* Organizational and efficiency skills.
* The ability to multitask.
* Strong work ethic and passion for learning.
* Proficiency with computers and popular office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
