WHO WE ARE 

We are a damage recovery expert (not an insurance agency) negotiating the recovery of insurance claims on behalf of business clients in a variety of industries including rentals, loaner cars, construction, emergency response, transportation firms, municipalities, and specialty vehicles.

Our ideal candidate is a team player that can think outside of the box, understands the personalized and consultative approaches to out bounding, gets their work done and has fun with the team while doing it. As someone with the right experience to succeed in this position, you may have had held previous positions working as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role within a B2B environment, possess strong sales skills with the ability to effectively engage with prospects, build rapport, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.  This is a new team that is constantly growing and learning.  Being able to adapt to quick changes, thrive in uncertainty and be comfortable with new ideas and strategies is the mindset that we look for.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

Under the guidance of the Vice President of Sales, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a key role in the pipeline generation efforts for Alternative Claims Management (ACM).  Your goal will be to engage our target prospects using outbound prospecting strategies, build rapport, qualify and generate interest to convert these leads into opportunities for the sales team. 

 

HOW YOU WILL DO IT

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement.
  • Research and gather information on target companies and decision-makers to personalize outreach efforts effectively.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and articulate how our solutions can address their specific requirements.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team to further discuss our offerings and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine prospecting strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions in the market.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Sales

 

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following minimum qualifications/skills & experience:

 

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B environment
  • 2+ years of Outbound SDR Experience with cold calling and emailing
  • Prior experience in commercial fleet industry is a plus
  • Ability to think on your feet to creatively solve our customer’s business needs
  • Possess exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable with the mindset of “it isn’t winning or losing, it is winning and learning”
  • Experience with Salesforce and a Sales engagement tool, such as Salesloft, is a huge bonus
