We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team

Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for leading our Accounts Receivable Department and overseeing all aspects of the accounts receivable function, including invoicing, collections, reporting, and ensuring timely payments.

Essential Duties:

· Lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable Team, setting clear objectives and KPIs, and ensuring high performance and development.

· Develop and implement efficient accounts receivable processes and policies to optimize cash flow and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).

· Oversee the generation of invoices, manage collections and payment processing, and ensure the accuracy of accounts receivable records.

· Monitor and report on key financial metrics related to accounts receivable, providing insights and recommendations to Senior Management, i.e., House of Wu CEO and Corporate CFO.

· Ensure sound decisions are made regarding the releasing/holding of customer orders based upon both financial condition and relationship of the account.

· Establish and review credit limits for new and existing accounts according to Company policy and review with CEO on a weekly basis.

· Identify and implement improvements in credit control and risk management.

· Identify and correct operational barriers that hinder successful performance by developing creative solutions to problems including the use of automation, procedure revisions, organizational changes, and collaboration with other departments.

· Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service Teams to resolve billing disputes, understand changes in customer’s financial position, and maintain positive relationships with key clients.

· Participate in financial audits.

· Responsible for handling accounts under bankruptcy jurisdiction, collection agencies, and other legal proceedings related to collections/credit.

· Coordinate collection action with outside agencies and legal counsel.

Knowledge & Skill Requirement:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position (preferred).

· Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles, accounts receivable processes, and financial reporting.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Proficient in ERP/accounting software and MS office especially excel.

· Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and a commitment to excellence.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.

· Ability to effectively negotiate and resolve issues and conflicts for internal and external customers.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong coaching/counseling techniques, ability to mentor and motivate.

· Flexible team player with ability to function in a dynamic environment.

· Time management and multi-tasking skills.

· Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business needs and processes and to make quick, accurate, appropriate decisions.
