Experience: 6+ months of Customer Service Rep experience

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers politely and friendly via phone, email, chat or social media to answer any questions.
- Conduct outgoing calls to obtain information for the business.
- Provide helpful, clear information to customers about available products and services
- Handle any customer concerns or issues calmly and empathetically to resolve them
- Efficiently update customer records in our database system
- Continuously look for new ways to enhance the customer experience
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to efficiently multitask and prioritize various tasks
- Strong knowledge of best practices for excellent customer service
- Proficient computer skills including common software like MS Office and CRM systems
- Detail oriented with great time management skills
- Comfortable communicating with all types of individuals
