About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Tailored Brands Inc. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across multiple businesses within our store location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to build relationships and provide a world-class experience
  • Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals
  • Participate in team selling and contribute to achieving store sales volume and metrics goals
  • Assist with visually merchandising, set up, and other store-related projects
  • Handle cash register transactions and provide excellent customer service
Physical Requirements

The ideal candidate will be able to stand and walk for the majority of their work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
