Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM
$18-$24/hour depending on experience
Bailey’s Moving & Storage is one of the Rocky Mountain region’s best-known and valued moving company, providing moving services to families and businesses around the country since 1952. Bailey’s is seeking a friendly, responsible and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to help support our busy team and customers. We are looking for a self-motivated and organized individual who will provide exceptional customer service working directly with our customers throughout the entire relocation process.
*This position is on-site, remote work is not offered at this time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform daily computer data-entry duties.
· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
· Work with sales representative on new orders, reviewing, understanding and inputting data into the system.
· Main point of contact with the customer throughout the entire relocation process.
· Answer all customer questions, resolve issues, foresee and avoid all problems and complications.
· Respond to all customer’s special requests.
· Counsel, guide and help the customer to understand the relocation process ensuring a smooth flow throughout the entire relocation process for the customer and the team involved.
· Clearly communicate to the customer any and all charges incurred throughout the relocation process; verify and collect payment and follow the entire process through to the end that is beneficial and profitable to the company.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Must be at least 18 years old.
· Previous industry administrative experience (preferred).
· Ability to read/speak/write fluently in English.
· Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team, supervisor and other company personnel.
· Exceptional Multi-tasker, organized and detail-oriented.
· Easily engage in conversation with customers, develop rapport, effective listening skills, extremely patient.
· Appearance must be neat, clean and professional.
· Strong work ethic.
· Great people skills and time management skills.
· Highly motivated and willing to learn new skills.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Stress Management and coping skills are essential.
