Role Responsibilities:
The Main Line Automotive Advisor will engage with clients to evaluate their vehicle service requirements, suggest additional services, and oversee repair orders.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and enhancing customer loyalty
- Ability to meet performance targets and productivity benchmarks
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service abilities
- A positive demeanor under pressure with a focus on educating customers
Key Duties:
- Welcome customers and foster loyalty

- Secure customer approval prior to repairs, detailing costs and timelines
- Update customers on repair status and any changes
- Address inquiries, clarify warranty details, and support the service manager
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
