Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented senior accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our
organization.
To be successful as a senior accountant, the candidate should have a solid knowledge of QuickBooks, strong
financial analysis skills, proficiency in Microsoft office, be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work
with little supervision.
Senior Accountant Responsibilities:
 Prepare financial reports
 Maintain fixed assets and accumulated depreciation file.
 Review and analyze credit card expenditures by employees
 Prepare weekly payroll
 Prepare quarterly payroll returns
 A/R collections- ageing of accounts and collection.
 Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts
 Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems and procedures.
 Performing other accounting duties and supporting as required or assigned.
 Timely prepare and pay all company’s liabilities after obtaining manager’s approval.
 Reconcile supplier statements with internal records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
with vendors and suppliers.

 


Accountant Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar experience 
 3+ years of accounting experience.
 Strong financial analysis skills.
 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
 Proficiency in QuickBooks.
Salary commensurate with experience.
