Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead financial strategy and operational performance within a dynamic organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive budget initiatives, analyze financial results, and support strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial analysis strategies to enhance operational results, including budget management and competitive insights.
  • Play a critical role in the annual budgeting process, consolidating inputs and providing informed perspectives on performance.
  • Collaborate with various teams to perform in-depth analysis and support initiatives related to reimbursement, performance metrics, and contract evaluations.
  • Foster strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment with corporate goals and drive successful outcomes.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly management reports, identifying trends and assessing business risks for senior management.
  • Create presentations and provide strategic recommendations, including communications for board meetings and investor relations.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of internal data to support effective investor communications and materials.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their strategic partnership capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • 8-10+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis or Corporate Finance, with a minimum of 4 years in a management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in investor relations or capital markets is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Proven background in financial analysis, resource management, and business metric reporting, particularly within the Healthcare sector.
  • Adaptable self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build partnerships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
