First assignment will be to learn the entire process of Accounts Receivable and cash application process. Document Accounts Receivable and cash application tasks and develop instruction manual. Credit and rebill along with dealer-to-dealer transfers.

Learn and document accounts payable process including vendor invoice verification and authentication, entry into SAP, submission of payment request.

Learn and document invoicing function – from BOL to building sales orders, building assemblies, and invoice creation.

Reconciliation of inventories.

Bank account reconciliations.

General Ledger account reconciliations when assigned.

Gather external and internal audit requests.

Month end journal entries assigned.

Business licenses and tax preparation gathering.

Financial supplemental reporting in excel.

Budgeting projections and reporting.

Any other task assigned by the Senior Accounting Manager.
