Duties:

- Develop and implement comprehensive recovery programs, including emergency management strategies, to support clients in need.
- Manage a team of volunteers and staff, providing guidance on program implementation and ensuring seamless operations.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, stakeholders, and the general public, utilizing effective public speaking skills.
- Oversee program management, including budgeting, grant writing, and program evaluation.
- Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to build partnerships and leverage resources.
- Develop and manage budgets for recovery programs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Identify and secure grant funding to support recovery initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the recovery team, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
- Provide support and resources to clients, including counseling, case management, and referral services.
- Conduct outreach and engagement activities to promote recovery programs and services.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 50 per week
