  • Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for infrastructure management.
  • Foster the professional development of the IT infrastructure team.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional knowledge and/or work experience.
  • At least 5 years of prior professional experience in IT Infrastructure.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities and workflow.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with internal employees and external investors.
