Job OverviewAs a Packout Team Member at 24 HOUR FLOOD PROS LLC, you will play a critical role in helping our customers recover from damage caused by floods, fires, and other disasters. Your responsibilities will include taking inventory of impacted items, carefully packing and labeling them, and safely transporting them to our warehouse facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inventory of damaged items to ensure accurate tracking and recovery.
  • Pack and label items with precision and attention to detail to prevent further damage.
  • Load and transport items safely and efficiently to our warehouse facility.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding their belongings and any concerns they may have.
  • Manage the safe storage and organization of items within our warehouse facility.
  • Coordinate the return of items to customers upon project completion.
  • Adhere to all safety and procedural guidelines to ensure a safe and effective work environment.

Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
  • Basic math skills and ability to accurately count and track inventory.
