Western Regional Sales Manager

Are you ready for a new challenge? Do you have experience in sales management in the wholesale commercial hydronic HVAC or plumbing space? (Industry experience is a MUST.) Have you effectively managed manufacturers rep firms while working for a manufacturer? This is a growth position in a solid stable industry.
Put your people skills to use to drive business and lead several territory managers in the western states. You must live near a major airport and be able to travel. We are looking for a great communicator that is independently motivated, tenacious, and can make creative decisions.

  • 8+ years of sales and sales management experience
  • Specific areas of expertise: sales and sales management experience in the hydronics and or water well and plumbing industries involving both wholesale and commercial markets
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Able to travel throughout the western states
  • Preferred Skills: Drive sales growth through training, cross selling, developing new accounts, joint sales calls, and implementing regional and national promotional and marketing programs
