    • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine proper installation procedures.
    • Ensure systems are installed in compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
    • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance.
    • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions in HVAC/R systems.
    • Replace defective components and parts as necessary.
    • Conduct system tests and inspections to ensure proper operation.
    • Identify and troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
    • Verify system functionality and performance after installation and repair.
  • Requirements:
    • Have a clean driving record.
    • Own and carry all necessary tools for installation.
    • Pass CFC certification within six months of hire.
    • Ability to speak English fluently.
    • Ability to work out of town on occasion.
    • Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with managers and vendors.
  • Benefits and Compensation:
