Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a qualified, professional and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This position will consist of working closely with Personal Lines Account Managers and Producers to provide accurate and timely support. The position handles multiple processing tasks assigned by the Account Managers and Producers and requires excellent computer skills and the ability to prioritize. P&C license is preferred but not required. Insurance experience is a plus Full-Time Employee with ability to work out of Portland or Vancouver Office with REMOTE options after 6 months and fully trained

Pay Dependent on Experience

Excellent benefits package

90% Working with a mix of independence and direction from account managers, provides daily assistance to account managers for simple policy change requests, policy change processing, agency management system data input, cancellation notices, binders and/or ID cards. Insurance license preferable but not required.

10% May be required to provide back up assistance for administrative staff. Could be requested to back up receptionist, mail room.
