Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist


Job Summary:

The role of Administrative Support Specialist involves handling calls, welcoming visitors, supporting sales and accounting, and managing office materials.


Essential Job Duties:

  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Sort mail and assist with paperwork
  • Keep sales materials organized and updated
  • Help with office tasks and support sales teams


Additional Job Duties:

  • Arrange meetings and lunches
  • Assist with accounting tasks
  • Perform other assigned duties


Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Good phone skills to handle multiple lines


Preferred Skills:

  • Clear communication and organization
  • Ability to work independently
  • Bookkeeping or basic accounting is a plus


Physical Demands:

  • Mostly desk work, occasional lifting

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime


Pay Range:

  • $18 $22/hour, depending on experience
