Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Job Summary:
The role of Administrative Support Specialist involves handling calls, welcoming visitors, supporting sales and accounting, and managing office materials.
Essential Job Duties:
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Sort mail and assist with paperwork
- Keep sales materials organized and updated
- Help with office tasks and support sales teams
Additional Job Duties:
- Arrange meetings and lunches
- Assist with accounting tasks
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good phone skills to handle multiple lines
Preferred Skills:
- Clear communication and organization
- Ability to work independently
- Bookkeeping or basic accounting is a plus
Physical Demands:
- Mostly desk work, occasional lifting

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime
Pay Range:
- $18 $22/hour, depending on experience
