Hello, my name is Thomas Gillitzer and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group.  We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an Onboarding & Enablement Specialist for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:

 

Job Description:

  • The Onboarding & Enablement Specialist will be responsible for supporting onboarding and growth for regional grocery merchants.
  • Provide one-on-one support and guidance to merchants, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding process.
  • This person will be customer facing and will be responsible for supporting & executing all +100 launch steps noted in our launch tracker and enabling additional features for merchants (store expansions, promotions, catalog auditing).
  • Develop resources and tools to help grocery partners optimize their performance on the platform, such as best practice guides, optimization tips, and promotional strategies.
  • Highly organized with the proven ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, 1-2 yrs experience.
  • Qualifications include Salesforce (or other CRM software), Microsoft suite and G Suite
  • Part-time - 20 hours per week / Schedule: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm EST
