Position Summary
Safe Haven Security is looking for a Licensing Administrator to join our organization. As a Licensing Administrator, you will play a pivotal role by assisting in the administration of the licensing processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all licensing regulations, maintain accurate records, and support the team with various administrative tasks.

In this role you will:

  • Enter and track licensing data within the company database
  • Provide licenses to the sales team and installers in designated states
  • Initiate the licensing process promptly in accordance with state regulations
  • Consistently follow up as needed to ensure the employee licenses are received in a timely manner
  • Perform other tasks as needed and requested by your manager

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • The capacity to work independently
