Essential Function - Roles/Responsibilities

Local HR partner for execution of People Strategies to include:

  • Hourly talent acquisition.  Includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews with leadership and executing hires and onboarding processes in Workday.
  • Employee relations activities including investigating employee concerns.
  • Retention initiatives to include employee engagement actions.
  • HR Administration to include timekeeping audits.
  • Addressing benefit and policy questions.

 

Additional Job Information

 

  • Education Level preferred Associate or experience.
  • HR Certifications a plus (i.e. SHRM or HRCI)
  • Years of HR Generalist Experience Preferred:  2-3
  • Years of Recruitment Experience Preferred:   1
  • Years of Employee Relations Experience:   1
  • Years of Employee Investigation Experience:  1
  • HR Administration Experience (generalist payroll, etc):  1
  • Workday experience a plus.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing a plus.
