ProCare Therapy is in search of a dedicated Behavior Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in behavior support. Position Details:
  • Location: Emmaus, PA
  • Weekly Hours: 32.5
  • Student Profile: 9th-grade male student with Autism, requiring consistent 1:1 support due to moderate to high intensity behaviors.
  • Essential Qualifications:
    • National RBT Certification is mandatory.
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with older students with moderate to severe needs is required.
  • Further details will be discussed during the interview process.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly Rate: $26-30/hr
  • Competitive weekly pay (W-2)

Qualifications:
  • RBT licensure is required.
  • Experience in educational settings is preferred but not mandatory.
